The Mini & Micro Segmental Piling technique is appropriate for tiny sites and limited headroom. To utilize this technique, we employ 2.5-Ton and door entrance drivable rigs with a diameter of up to 450mm and a depth of 15mm. Different diameters (1-1.5m section) are available for these augers and may be installed manually. KHB Piling LTD is best suited to this process. During this technique, the hole must remain formed and open. 

This micro-segmental piling method is ideal for low headroom and limited access. For this technique, we utilize rigs ranging from a 3-ton rig that can drill piles with a diameter of 250mm to 450mm and a depth of 15m in a matter of minutes. There are also rigs of up to 15 tonnes. They drill 300-600mm in diameter and reach a depth of 17 meters. Augers typically have 1-2 meter sections that should be installed manually one by one.
